 Firm could not tell difference between man and woman found kind odd then claimed my trustpilot was not real or correct. I got a pretty common first name it has being proved most primary school kids can spell five letter names but they could not found a bit odd. Always amazes me how many broadband firms got shit customer care foir why want a refund over extreme dumbness from team. internet service came in a cheap plastic bag did not look good had holes over them using very cheap plastic as cover.

Trying out the product

When I downloaded the app it was the slowest  seen on playstore to date bit odd from a so called fast internet provider.made me wonder why for a firm always talking about fast speeds plus most keeps getting tax money all the time for existing.



Getting the cable connected did not since they sent it jammed in place giving no way losen it that was a very big flaw expecting any cable to last forever pretty stupid they break over time going by how bad Telsa cars are known to be using  common sense was missed out here.

I contact support expecting things to get sorted out  their A.I  or inconfident staff made up excuses for it not working plus very poor English language skills worse than a high school kid.

Kept lying to me about getting a refund or fake credit and trying very hard to not give me the address for a refund plus lying in the support tickets claiming it was solved it was not going 14 days with no solution to the mess they made.

To get a refund now have to wait for my bank to deal with Musk incredible inconfidence service I guess 30 days or longer.
